10 ways to avoid cancer

If you pay attention to diet and lifestyle, 40 percent of cancers are cured. But if we don't pay attention, we are dying of cancer that can be cured. What to focus on?

1. Avoid tobacco: Tobacco is a major cause of cancer. I have heard that it only causes lung and oral cancer. But that is wrong. Of the more than 4,000 harmful chemicals in tobacco products, 40 are all carcinogenic chemicals from head to toe. So do not consume it.

2. Don't eat stale rotten food: Some people seem to eat stale and rotten food by heating or molding it, but the same food can cause cancer. These foods contain the carcinogenic antitoxin. It can easily cause cancer. So you should not eat such food.

3. Non-drinking: Excessive consumption of alcohol can also cause cancer. Excessive drinking causes cancer of the digestive system, liver, large intestine and colorectal, breast, and rectum.

4. Focusing on food: Insecticides and chemical fertilizers mixed with food, use of seasoned vegetables-fruits and foods can help in cancer of mouth, stomach, esophagus etc. Consumption of polished rice and medicinal fruits can also cause cancer.

5. Reduce Red Meat: Red meat tends to be conducive to cancer. So don't eat red meat as much as possible. Eat after eating. Eating meat is good for chickens and fish.

6. 45 minutes of exercise daily: Not just cancer. Exercise is the main weapon for all kinds of non-communicable diseases that can affect the body. So exercise at least 45 minutes daily to sweat. Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness.

7. Avoiding Dusting: Dusting and pollution are also among the causes of cancer. Harmful elements like benzene, arsenic, cadmium are found in such environment. It can cause cancer of the lungs, esophagus and other vital organs.

8. Don't stay in the hot sun: Even if you stay in the hot sun for a long time, the radiation coming from the sun can cause skin cancer. So you should not stay in the hot sun for a long time. If you have to sit down, you should cover yourself with an umbrella or a cloth. It does not allow radiation to enter the skin directly.

9. Examining the uterus: As a married woman is more likely to get cervical cancer, a married woman should have a cervical examination every two years. If the condition is detected and treated before the test, the cancer will not be found.

10. Eat seasonal fruits: Eat seasonal fresh green cabbage, beets, broccoli and fruits regularly. But since chemicals are used more in non-seasonal vegetables and fruits, it is better not to eat them as much as possible.
